Power surge on the USB port and weird monitor issue.

Question

Sometimes when I open Youtube or any other website that has videos, My monitor screen goes weird

Also this error keeps popping up

Both the error occurs after I wake my windows from sleep. I am not sure what is going on.

Based on your descriptions, I think your issue can be related to hardware failure , the error message simply said that your device needed more power.

But as you have stated that this happens after sleep , I would suggest you to update all the drivers and Windows with latest Update.
