I would like to confirm whether you cannot open the apps or if the apps flash and close when you try to open them?
In both scenarios, this might be due to a corrupted registry or the store app itself. If this happens after a recent update uninstall the update or restore the PC to older dates to fic this.

As I said if this is due to some system files missing or corrupted. Do the following to correct this.
- On the Start Menu, type cmd;
- Right-click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator".
Run the following commands at the Command Prompt one at a time:
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
Restart the pc and see if the problem is solved.
