Permission Call Protected APIs

I have a protected calling API and it returns an error like this:

"Invoked API requires Protected API access in application-only context when not using Resource Specific Consent. Visit https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/teams-protected-apis for more details."  

I have submitted a form to Microsoft and still no response after 10 days, what can I do next. Thank you!
