Room: decline

I would like to decline the invitation to the rooms in a user calendar.

TC: I would like to create a booking and decline the event as the room.

1. Check if there is a room then decline the booking.
2. if no resources/locations then decline it as the event HTTP request. POST /users/{id | userPrincipalName}/events/{id}/decline

I could not find an event that declines a booking by users/{id | userPrincipalName Room Name "location" }/events" which would be the room id"/{id}/decline
users/room-xx-xx/events/"xxxx"/decline.
