Always on in Ubuntu without AD server

Hi,

I am trying to configure always on for an client without AD server it has been configured but i am not able to connect or configure listener . i given this virtual ip to listener and this ip showing in stop state . also used load balancer for virtual ip but could not work for me

    To begin with, I am not an expert in Linux and I am not very familiar with Linux clusters. Howerver, domain controller is a Windows concept.
