Deploy WSUS server in offline network

Hello,
I am deploying WSUS server (Windows Server 2019) in a disconnected network, where having additional WSUS server (Master), is not possible.
I would like to know, if there is any possibility for this? and if there is any Microsoft documents that talk about this?
I mean, like downloading updates from another computer, then uploading to WSUS.
