Email Notification option missing in Advanced Settings

Why is email notification in List advanced settings gone? How can I get it back? Using Sharepoint 2019.

    Per my knowledge, Email Notification option by default only for the Tasks list.

    As a workaround, you could achieve this with SharePoint designer workflow to send alerts.
