Deleted Remote User Profile Disk Accidently

User Profile disk is deleted accidently on windows server 2016, is there a way to restore it. or change UPD to local profiles.
server is connected with domain. every time when connect with the domain user creating temporary profiles.

In Events can see errors.

Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off.

Remote Desktop Services could not apply a user desktop for a user account with a SID of S-1-5-21-15365455-1751322644-316619961-265031. A temporary profile was enforced for the user. Verify that the user profile disk settings are correct. The error code is 0x3.82
