Cant access my blob

I have been using the blob for 1 year, but suddenly I can't access it.
My storage account is itpeus4data, and my container name is v-xiaoyuwang.
The bug is as below:

@Xiaoyu Wang (FA Talent) Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A. I understand that you are receiving the error- Authorization Failed when you try to access your Blob Storage which you had always been able to access without any issues.

Can you please confirm the Permissions that your role has, just to confirm that it has not changed recently? Here are the permissions required to access blob data.

Thanks for your reply! I enter the web page but don't know how to check it.

Because the two methods in Section "Determine the current authentication method", which are "with the account access key" and "with your Azure AD account". I can't see both of them, the web page is like above. But when I use my colleague‘s account to access the page, I can see the two options.

Could you teach me how to confirm my permission in the blob?

Is it in Section "Default to Azure AD authorization in the Azure portal" operation?

Thanks! I found this issue is because I'm not a GCR member, I think it will be solved after I return to GCR member
