Is Microsoft Access provided with Microsoft 365 Developer Program

I am approved for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. While I am able to use Microsoft Excel and other Office products, could not able to spot Microsoft Access. Is it provided with the program?

    The Microsoft 365 Developer Program includes Office 365 ProPlus. Access (PC only) is one of the Apps in Office 365 ProPlus. Thus, you should have a license for Access. Try to download and install it (again) locally.
