MCPID -> connect to my private email address

I have a MCPID which is connected to my "old" company email address. I don't remember my "old" company email address and don't have access to it anymore
I would like to connect my MCID to my private email address . How do I do this ?

It is for the Microsoft certifications program I need it. (The tag below dont fit to my question, but I could find a good tag!!!)
