Incorrect GeoIP tag

Question

Using conditional access policies we block sign-ins from countries that we do not have an office in using "Named Locations" and Azure's list of countries. We had an end user being blocked by a conditional access policy. The location Azure thought the sign-in was from and the location that MaxMind presented were nearly 1000 miles apart (Azure's landing in another country). MaxMind was off of the true location by approximately 20 miles. What is the best way to report this?
