When I send an meeting invite out - respond options are all greyed out.

When I send out new meeting invites all the response options - accept, tentative and decline - are all greyed out so no-one can respond. Have been trying to fix this issue for almost 18m with no luck. Using Microsoft 2016.

I suppose you may Outlook 2016 by Microsoft 2016.
In order to better troubleshot this issue, here are a few questions:

What is the email service you are using? If you are not sure about it, please contact your email admin for advice.

Does this issue only occur when you send meeting invites? Do others have this issue?

If you are using Exchange On-premises or Exchange Online (Office 365) for mail service, you may try the web version of Outlook and see if this issue persists.
