Macbook using remote desktop, how to get app to restore to all 3 monitors

I'm using the Remote Desktop app v 10.7.6 on a MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey.

The remote desktop app has a configuration that enable use of all monitors during the session.

Works great when opening the connection; however, if I minimize the app and return, it only returns to 2 out of 3 monitors.

I do not see an option to restore to all three. If I have to, I can click on the remote desktop on the remaining mac screen and it will switch one of the monitors to the screen that is hidden. Click again, it switches back. The only way I have found to restore to all 3 is to kill the connection, then start the application again.

Are there any fixes and or tricks to this?
