C Drive Access Denied Problem

Hello.
The C drive's attributes were set to deny all permissions of the C drive to a specific group of users, making it inaccessible. However, with this setting, when you search in File Explorer (C:\USers), you can access it like this. Is there a solution? Also, is there any other way to restrict access to the C drive?
