Email send by SMTP2Go and Mandril get in Hotmail/Outlook spam folder

Hi,

We have a problem about sending the e-mail transaction by using SMTP2Go and Mandrill. We found that the email goes into spam folder for Outlook and Hotmail but other mail platform such as gmail, aol, yahoo, apple is into inbox.

Our domain is a new domain but already set up SPF and DKIM. We have check on mail tester and got 9.4/10 score. the PCL is 5

and also we have test on the old domain name (register around 1 year ) with the same email content it goes into the inbox (SCL is 1)

Could you suggest me to do because I have to use the new domain as a sender e-mail?

    Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
