SQL Server Not Working in My New i5 12th Generation Laptop

Have tried all possible solutions from internet but still SQL Server not working in my new machine.

Have you successfully installed SQL Server and are the services running?
Do you get any error message and if, which one? -

Were you able to install SQL Server, but then it is not "working". If so, can you explain that more clearly?
Or were you not able to install SQL Server? In that case, we need to see the files summary.txt and details.txt from your most recent installation attempt. You find these in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\150\Setup Bootrstrap\Log with one folder per attempt.
