DAX: conditional count on sum - enquiry

I try to calculate the distinct count of items from a table but only until the sum of item amount is in a certain range
count item where amount is in range up to 90%
count item where amount is in range between 90%-95%
and count item where amount is in range between 95%-100%

Any suggestions ?

    That was the clue I needed - this is defintly a ABC analysis classification problem with a wellknown solution pattern
