Hi all,
Inside company we have this trouble:
many laptops are still Windows 10 1809.
All Windows 10 1809 can not download and configure printer from print server Windows 2016 Datacenter.
The issues seems to be started after some Windows Server update.

We already edited GPO and configured and configured RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled= 0 key but nothing changed.

Inside company there are other Windows 10 laptop that runs Win 10 21H2 and these computers does not have any issue in this moment.

How can I solve?
Thanks
Federico

There might be an issue with this build which has been solved in the future build.
Therefore, it is recommended to upgrade those devices to the latest build.

In case these were not already tried see if these make any difference:

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    msdt.exe -id DeviceCenterDiagnostic
    msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic
    msdt.exe -id PrinterDiagnostic
