How can users open saved .msg files using Outlook Web Access

We have recently migrated users from Exchange to 365, the users previously used Outlook 2007 to access their emails but now use Outlook web access. Since the migration they, have been unable to access saved .msg files as Exchange is no longer available, is there any way to view .msg files using Outlook Web Access?
