How to see available rooms in Outlook when forwarding someone else's invite?

With everyone returning to the office, a common way to book a meeting room is simply to forward a meeting invite to that room and it will automatically detect the VTC information so it's easy to join from there.

A problem I found is that when someone else creates a meeting, the only way to do this is to forward the invite and the "Room finder" is not available when forwarding.

Unless I am missing something, you need to have multiple windows opens which can be quite inconvenient when on the go with your Laptop.

If there is no better option it would be great to add this new feature integrated to the original meeting invite directly to make this action super quick and efficient.

    Hi @Nicolas Bouvrette ,

    Welcome to our forum!

As I know, we can use Room Finder when creating a new meeting. Based on my research and test, when forwarding the meeting, "Room Finder" is not available, which is same as your issue. I'm afraid it is by design.

If you indeed need this feature, it is recommended that you could post the functions you expect on the website dedicated to collecting feedback. We sincerely welcome your suggestions, and thanks for your understanding and support!
