file icon overlay on word doc - can't open file

Not sure if this image will send, but there is a brown "file drawer" icon overlaying the word doc icon. I can't open the file. any clues?

    Hi. @Shirley Anderson
    Did your Word file open from OneDrive? If so, you can try the following methods:

    1. Keep clicking the personal vault icon in OneDrive folder
    2. Re-login to OneDrive and turn on sync
    3. Unlock Personal Vault and allow access

      4.uncheck "Save space and download files as you use them"
      Click on cloud icon in task bar (lower right of screen). The OneDrive dialog box pops up.

      Files On Demand
      uncheck "Save space and download files as you use them"
