Has anyone seen the Azures ADSync Service disappear from the server after a reboot?

I got a notice that my Azure AD Sync does not synchronize. I checked in Azure, and it says 24 hours. I then looked as the Server and tried to launch AD Sync. It errors out saying the services AD Sync is not started.

    Looks like someone uninstalled it? Then it disapeared once rebooted?
