We have a few questions concerning the automation of contact data on our Microsoft Dynamics portal:
1/ For each of our contacts, the "date of entry into the database" field is empty even though this date does exist. How can we program this field to be automatically filled in?
2/ Still in terms of data automation, each time a new contact is imported (for example, a student contact), the associated fields are not filled in automatically. Indeed, a student contact should automatically be set to YES for "B2C" and "RGPD". However, until now, we have always had to do this manually.
How could we automate this?
If you could lead us, this would be of a huge help for us.
