Background 2 sites Site A - Online Exchange Office 356 Site B - On-Premise Exchange 2013 Fully patched on 2012 R2
The organization relationship was set up and working we could see Free/Busy both ways.
All of a sudden Site B can no longer see site A's status but Site A can see site B's status.
Have ran all the Exchange tests on Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer for site B
Wouldn't the issue be on-site A since site B displays fine at site A?
Ran the following command on Site B Test-OrganizationRelationship and gets an error
STEP 4: Getting organization relationship settings from remote partner...
RESULT: Unable to retrieve organization relationships from remote organization.
RESULT: Error.
On site B I have reset the WS security for the virtual directories already, recycled pools, and refreshed the metadata.
Any help would be appreciated.
Could you please share the organization relationship configuration for both tenant, note to clear your personal information.
open EAC for both your on-prem and online, Open Organization > Sharing
In on-prem, it should be like:
TargetApplicatioURI: outlook.com
TargetAutodiscoverURI: https://autodiscover-s.outlook.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.svc/WSSecurity
In online, it should be like:
TargetApplicatioURI: FYDIBOHF25SPDLT.your on-prem domain.com
TargetAutodiscoverURI: https://autodiscover.your on-prem domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.svc/wssecurity
