MS365 Outlook Contacts and Calendar won't synch with IPhone Contacts and Calendar.

Question

MS365 Outlook Contacts and Calendar (from bigpond email) won't synch with IPhone Contacts and Calendar.
A Telstra Platinum Technician tried to download 'I Cloud for Windows' and got the following message
..... "Setup can't continue because Outlook isn't configured to have a default profile. Check out settings and try again".

Would appreciate any guidance to synch these details as I am receiving calls on my iphone without contact details displaying.

MS365 Outlook Contacts and Calendar won't synch with IPhone Contacts and Calendar.

To verify, are you having trouble syncing contact and calendar with Outlook for iOS？or with your iPhone?
