I cannot access to my Directory Portal (https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/StartboardApplicationsMenuBlade/AppAppsPreview/menuId/) getting this error.

Error message indicates I'm not member of tenant.

My administrator has allowed me to access to Directory and to access as owner to the Enterprise Application that has created but I got the same error and I cannot access to Directory configurations.

Anyone knows how to setup privilegies to let me access to manage this area in Directory, Enterprise Applications, ...? I'm stuck and I don´t find how to get access.

Both of us, administrator and me, have email accounts in the same domain.

Thanks in advance.

    Hello @Patricia GA ,

Thanks for reaching out and apologe for the delayed response.

I notice from the attached screenshot that you are attempting to access the following tenant f8cdef31-a31e-4b4a-93e4-5f571e91255a, and I'm wondering whether this is the same directory in which your administrator has granted you access? Also, could you confirm whether the account used to access the Azure portal was a work or a Microsoft live account? Because I notice that you have the same email address patricia.g###n@ad###l.com for both work and live accounts, as shown below, I'm wondering if the correct account has been granted in the directory to administer the enterprise application? Can you additionally confirm how your administrator granted directory access? Did they add you as a Guest user to their directory?

For an example, if your administrator has invited your work account, but you tried to access the portal with your Microsoft Live account, this is an expected problem, therefore you may need to choose your work account to access the Azure portal.

You always rename your personal Microsoft account different from work account to avoid such confusion instances

To avoid such confusion, you can always rename your personal Microsoft account differently from your work account as described here in case if your personal account that associated with any active subscriptions such as Azure or Devops etc.,.
