Retrieve lost Certificates

Before 2006, I passed the Excel, Word, Powerpoint and I believe Access exams. Since I received my certificates, they have been lost. I would like to obtain another copy of each, but I don't know where to go or what the login would be. I don’t have a Microsoft Certification ID or if I did, I have no clue what it is now.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
