URGENT - Questions regarding "Contacts data"

Hello,

I would like to contact you again to clarify my request as it is quite urgent. Indeed, we would like to optimize various things to gain in time and in efficiency but we do not manage to understand how to set up that.

Firstly, I would like to display the creation date of a contact in the database (system info) directly on its associated contact form.
If you look at my screenshot, how can I get the date to appear on the contact record in the "date of entry in database" field?

Secondly, when we create a contact via a form, we would like certain information to be systematically associated with this contact creation. To give you just one example, when we create a student type contact via the form, we would like this student to also be associated with the "B2C contacts" segment and the "RGPD" segment. So far we have to do this manually for each of the created contacts.

So, we would like to know how to make "flows" that allow us to update / modify / delete a contact according to certain parameters. We think that this can be found in the interface "Power Apps" (whose link associated with our account is https://parisladefense.crm4.dynamics.com/tools/solution/edit.aspx?id=%7bFD140AAF-4DF4-11DD-BD17-0019B9312238%7d&def_category=9801&def_type=2&def_subcat=view#). Can you explain me how to do this on this platform / if necessary tell us where else to go and how to do it?

Thank you in advance for your precious answer.
I am at your entire disposal if you have any questions or need me to clarify my questions.

    Hi @KeyPerformanceGroup ,

Currently these are the supported products in this Q&A platform and Microsoft Dynamics is currently not supported in this Q&A platform. You may ask the Dynamics related questions in the dedicated Microsoft Dynamics forum here.

As you have added Azure related tags to this question so if it's really related to Azure then provide more context from Azure standpoint so that the Azure tag related SME's can try to help you.
