2022-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5012592) Install error - 0x80073701

I've been having issues with this update, the error code is 0x80073701
tried many solutions found on the internet; doing a clean reboot, troubleshooting, and a DISM scan, still not fixed
please help me to fix it

    You could try install it manually.

    Download the update from the Microsoft Update Catalog.

    I would first suggest you try getting the updates manually and see if you can install them.
    You can get the updates by KB (KB5012592 ) number from the below link
    https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx

    If you receive the same message and error on subsequent retries, try this workaround to mitigate the issue:

    -Select the start button and type cmd
    -Right-click or long-press on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
    -Type or copy and paste the following command into the Command Prompt window:

    dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

    -Wait for the command to complete.
    -Restart your device.
    -Try checking for updates again.

    Running
    dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
    restart
    try install udpate again

    ...same error...
