TRied to create a windows server vm and doen't show up as a resource but I am bein g billed for it.

Question

So I tried creating a windows server vm and could not select a size form the size drop down. The only thing not greyed out was something like "recommended by vendor" which seems to be Microsoft. I contined filling in the info on on the tabs an clicked on create but it didn't seem to do anything.
When I checked my usage for the subscription I see I am being billed $11 / day and since I can't find it as a resource anywhere I can't use it or even delete it . So far I have been billed over $40.

At this point I do not know what to do since I am being charged for something I can't use or delete.

I don't want to cancel my subscription but feel it is the only sure way to stop the billing.

It is in a resouce group that I can probably delete that but I am not confident this will stop the billing which I do not believe I should have been billed in the first place.

Please help.
