google workspace migration sync

Question

Hello Everyone.
I'm migrating google workspace to microsoft 365.
the migration patch is status Synced and perfect pontuation.
The question is:
it made one sync and after that it's not syncing anymore. some of the emails(2 days) are not syncronizing.

1. Wasn't it suposed to be always synced?(until I complete the migration batch) or does it sync once again when i complete the migration?
2. How Can I be sure that when I complete the sync batch all data is transfered?
3. When do I change the Mx records? before or after I complete the batch? Thank You

Do you follow this article to migrate mailboxes from Google Workspace to Office 365?

1. IMAP migrated will keep mailbox in sync, it also suggested to let the migration batch run for at least 72 hours before you delete it:
   
   2. After migration, mailboxes were still in sync.
   3. After migration complete. You could have a check about step 6.
