What I subscribed is Microsoft 365 Family, and have updated to the newest version.
My system is macOS Monterey 12.0.1
The error page is as follows. You can see that it requires login again although I have login.
The problem is not because of individual add-ins, but all office add-ins fail to install.
I cannot install office add-ins on mac. I subscribed Microsoft 365 family.

Could you please test Office online apps? (Please note, Office Online requires OneDrive to store files, but using OneDrive in some regions requires a VPN connection.)
Such as Word online, you can go to Insert tab > Add-ins group, click Add-ins button, and then check this issue again.

Since I am mainly responsible for the general issues of Word, any issues related to the development of Word Add-ins for Mac, it is recommended to wait for the experts of Add-ins to share their suggestions.

There are also other users and MVPs , who will discuss issues and share experiences together kindly on the Q&A forum.
This is my first time posting a question in Microsoft's developer community. Sorry, I may have posted in the wrong place. I'm also a bit "lost" and I don't know what community I'm currently in.
However, it has been at least two years for this problem. I have seen many customers with this problem. It used to be able to be solved by completely uninstalling and reinstalling, removing the license, but now this method does not work.

Now it looks like this method (remove crendentials related to Office) is working :)
