Quite simple question really. I'm trying to follow some documentation and it says to select Platform Features in a function app.... I've looked everywhere and it seems to be missing in the current UI. Am I missing something ?

I think you're following the some old documentation because Azure Portal keeps on updating the UI and Services as well.
Suppose, Azure Functions Platform features of old portal looks like:
Same Platform feature are available as in Left Index Menu of the Azure Function App in the current Azure Portal:

Thanks for the response, I want to add requirement.txt file to the function app root directory so that i can install custom python modules inside my app. How can I do that
