Setting up NIC teaming on a remote system in non-DHCP environment

Can someone please suggest a way of setting up NIC teaming on a remote system where IP configuration will get lost as soon as a team gets created since it doesn't keep the IP configuration of the existing connection of its members? I was thinking of maybe like copying a script to the remote machine and triggering it to create the team but not sure how to pass my IP configuration to it from central location. Perhaps someone already worked on something similar?
