Please i need your help on this issue.
We are having an automatic group member assignment to a group which isn't a dynamic group. The service applying the add operation says Microsoft Teams services.

I checked this and the Team is private:
The strange thing is the team behaves like an org-wide Team. All users are members and Admins are Owners. I even tried to switch it to Public and then to Private, but nothing changed

We are having an automatic group member assignment to a group which isn't a dynamic group. The service applying the add operation says Microsoft Teams services.
Are you referring to the org-wide team which automatically pulls in every user in the organization? See Create an organization-wide team in Microsoft Teams.
If this is the case, you can log in Teams as global admin, go to the team name, click More options > Edit team, change the team type to "Private" or "Public" instead of "org-wide", then you would be able to manually adjust the team membership.
If this is not the case, you can share more details or a screenshot without privacy information so that we can understand better about your issue.

Is it possible that the team was created as an org-wide team before? If this is the case, it's expected that the membership remains unchanged when the team is switched to Public or Private. You can try manually editing the membership like removing some unnecessary members from the Teams client, if the change can take effect, it means this team doesn't have an automatic group member assignment now.
yes It is correct the Team was originally as an org-wide Team. I have changed the visibility to Private, but the automatic assignment is still active.

Please log in to the Azure AD admin center with an account that is a global administrator, user administrator, or groups administrator in your Azure AD organization, go to Groups > All groups, search for and select the problematic group, click Properties on the left pane, check its membership type, if it is set as "Dynamic User", change it to "Assigned" instead and click Save:

I created this user today. That team “Biketec GmbH” is assigned which is an org-wide team by choice. The team FIT should not be an org-wide team anymore.
When I go to the Team there is no banner shown that indicates an org-wide team:

Sorry but just got confused about what you mean by the reply. Do you mean the new created user was automatically added into the team FIT, which is not your expected result as it's neither an org-wide team nor a team with dynamic group membership?
To confirm if a team is an org-wide team, please make sure you are log in Teams as a global admin, then you can check if there's a banner as follows after choosing Manage team:
Or you can right click the team, select Edit Team, check the type listed under Privacy:
Besides, as mentioned earlier, it's suggested to check the team properties and make sure it's set as "Assigned".
