Is there any way to convert RichTextBlock to rtf format string.

Currently, there is no such api for RichTextBlock to converter RichTextBlock content as rtf rtf format string. And only RichEditBox has Document property that could convert current content as rtf string with [GetText](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/api/windows.ui.text.itextdocument.gettext?view=winrt-22000#windows-ui-text-itextdocument-gettext(windows-ui-text-textgetoptions-system-string@) method.
