I don't know why, when I upgraded windows OS to 11, the software of Zoomit 5.10 on livezoom mode was black screen, and can not work correct.

Have you tried to uninstall and re-install Zoomit?
Or how about trying to install another version of Zoomit?Please also check if there is any available windows update for Windows 11 in your device. Try to install all updates.
