How to setup outlook easier for end users

We are in a business environment, we use exchange 2013 or earlier when logging into outlook for users, is there a way to bypass having to go through advanced setup each time a user has to use a new station? Currently users call in each time they get to a station they have now logged into outlook

Would you like to tell me what's the "new station"? Is it the Outlook client in new computer?
And what do you mean about "advanced setup"? Is it displayed as the following window when you configure your account as POP or IMAP?

We have to click advanced options - let me set up manually then click exchange 2013 or earlier.

Our end users switch between different Win 10 desktops as they travel to some of our different sites. Each time they use one of these desktops for the first time , they have to call in so we can do these steps for them

According to the first picture you provided, i notice that you are using Microsoft 365 account, right?
If so, have you tried to click "Connect" below instead of clicking "advanced options - let me set up manually"?

If you don't want to click "advanced options - let me set up manually", it's suggested that you could add your account via Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add>type a name for the profile>Email Accounts... and then enter your account information.

We are not using office 365 it is the default selection we click exchange 2013 or earlier, then it logs them in and we sign into their microsoft account for licensing. We must do the advanced options each time in order for their email to load properly. If we just hit connect it will not populate their emails it will load outlook but it will be empty

Sorry that i didn't notice that you mentioned at the beginning of your post that you were connecting to Exchange 2013. It's also suggested that you could add your account as i mentioned above via Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add>type a name for the profile>Email Accounts...

So there is no way to avoid this at all? either will have to use advanced options or through control panel-mail?

Hi @Robert Carey ,

Based on my test in my Exchange 2013 and Outlook 365, whether I directly click "Connect" or "Advanced options" > let me set up my account manually, the advanced setup window will pop up. So I'm afraid this is the expected situation of directly configuring accounts in outlook 365 and it's can not be avoided. As a workaround, maybe the best method is to add your account as i mentioned above via Control Panel.
