Someone can explain me how can i use my Azure free tier to create a Azure Sql Database Free because any options tell me "Free"? and other options required cost
You are talking about the Azure accounts on the 12 months trial that come with free services. In that case, The free services include an Azure SQL Database using the DTU model in tier S0. The exact terms are stated here.
