Devops pipeline build adding and chacking files back into Azure repos

Question

Hi all,

I am trying to build a webapp in a devops pipeline and I am struggling with getting my artifact from a build to go back into a folder in an Azure repo, my build goes fine, publish goes ok, but now I want to take the artifact that was published and check it in to another folder in my repo, but what is being copied to the folder is from the source folder not the artifact. Any suggestions on how to do this? I have researched and tried every option I can think of with no success!!
