Hey!
My name is Mia Lophos, and I work in the printing sector in Canada. For sublimation printing, I use an HP Officejet pro 9015e printer. This printer is extremely fast, secure, dependable, and cost-effective. However, there is an issue with my printer. When I connect my printer to Windows 7 or another Windows operating system, it fails to function correctly and shuts down. Please assist me in resolving this issue.
