facing error using pool.multiproccessing in azure synapse

getting this error when trying to execute a multiprocessing.pool().apply_async in azure synapse python notebook
com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.exc.MismatchedInputException: No content to map due to end-of-input
at [Source: (String)""; line: 1, column: 0]

Basically the function inside the pool.apply_async does processing and also contains logger.info()
