Hi All

I have a room mailbox and users have permissions to book the room.
Is it possible for the users to put appointments directly into the room calendar rather than inviting the room to the meeting.

It is, yes. But this means bypassing all the "assistants", so you will need to manually keep the meeting in sync with all the participants. Not recommended.

    Hi @Glenn Maxwell

You may also consider granting your users editor or other permission for this room mailbox calendar, so that they could access this calendar and are able to add appointments to this calendar directly.

    Add-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity ******@contoso.com:\Calendar -User ******@contoso.com -AccessRights Editor
