    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. You can request help with profile update / linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

    First log in to your old MEC account.
    Click on Visit Learn Educator Center tab
    You can check previous badges/certificates earned by clicking on the MEC link.
    You can add additional accounts (5 work and 1 personal) to your profile in your new account
