Your message couldn't be delivered to the recipient because you don't have permission to send to it

Hi All

i am using exchange 2016 hybrid environment. we create room mailboxes using New-RemoteMailbox syntax from onprem.

When i am trying to schedule a meeting invite i am getting below NDR. i have checked Message Delivery Restrictions in both onprem and online, i dont see any restrictions imposed on this room mailbox. experts guide me.

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
room1@Company portal .com
Your message couldn't be delivered to the recipient because you don't have permission to send to it.
Ask the recipient's email admin to add you to the accept list for the recipient.

It is an expected behavior because room mailbox AD account is disabled on local AD.
