Hi

After upgrading to Windows 11 the fairly new machine has gone very slow. I have tried many of the steps recommended including following;

Malware scan
Disk clean-up
Temporary files clean up
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Turning off many privacy settings.
Pausing OneDrive sync
Disabling any unneeded apps from start-up
Windows Update
Check for low disk
Disabling visual effects
Enabling 'maximise performance' in system settings
CPU settings to 100% in power options
Making sure system is managing page file size

Regards

Try boot into Safe Mode and see if you are observing the same behavior?
    Have a look at:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-92c27cff-db89-8644-1ce4-b3e5e56fe234
Try run Windows Update and download and install all update.
Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try perform a Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?
