Enable Password reset option in windows login through GPO

Dear team,

We would like to enable Password reset option in windows login through GPO without Intune. Is there any possibilities to enable the password reset option in the windows login ? So that user can reset their password if they forgot it. We have all Windows10 laptops in our environments.

Is there any possibilities to enable through GPO?

    I was also looking for a solution until I tested using the Registry key on the MS Learn Documents.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\AzureADAccount
