Sharepoint custom list input form doesn't close automatically after I click the "save" button.

I made a DB using SharePoint custom list and customized a input/edit form with Power Apps.
It had worked well.
But a item edit/input form doesn't close automatically after I click "save" button since several days ago.
After I close the edit/input form manually, the data sometimes is not updated.

I would appreciate any advice.

    Please make sure OnSuccess control of SharePoint Form 1 is set to ResetForm(SharePointForm1); RequestHide()

    Also,try to clear browser cache and compare the result.

    If the issue still exists, please try to recreate the custom form again to check the result.
