MIE certificate and microsoft accounts

To whom it may concern,

I have a MIE certificate (given by the UNIR (Internet University) associated with a microsoft account that will expire when I finish my studies. I have not known how to find the certificate, nor how to connect the MEC account to the Microsoft Learn account. Is it possible transfer the certificate to a personal account of @Karima ben .com Being a teacher at the Public School could not have a Microsoft Education account?
